Terms of Service

We sell digital downloads (PDF ebooks, printable packs, and related files), including but not limited to:

• Derek's Home Clean Book
• Fridge Command Center Pack
• Bathroom Reset Pack
• Backyard & Grill Mini

No physical products ship. After payment, download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You agree that information you provide at checkout is accurate.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout (including via Stripe Tax). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected products.

Delivery is by email, typically within a few minutes of successful payment. Check your inbox and spam/promotions folders. If you do not receive your links within about an hour, email derekjohnsoncleans@gmail.com with your order email and we will help.

Download links may expire or be rate-limited for security. Contact us if you need a fresh link for a valid purchase.

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own household use.

You may:

• Download the PDF to your devices
• Print copies for personal / household use
• Share printed pages with family in your home

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly post the PDFs
• Share download links publicly or in paid groups
• Claim the content as your own or remove branding for resale
• Use the content to create a competing commercial product

All content, branding, and artwork remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors).

Our recipes and tips are for general informational and educational purposes based on common household methods. Results vary by surface, materials, water, and how carefully you follow instructions.

• Always read each recipe's Use on / Don't use on notes before applying any mix.
• Test in a small hidden area when cleaning valuable or delicate surfaces.
• Do not mix chemicals in ways the book warns against. Keep products away from children and pets as appropriate.
• We are not liable for property damage, injury, or losses from misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

Our content is not professional advice for hazardous materials, industrial cleaning, or regulated situations. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

Digital purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day refund if the product is not useful to you — email derekjohnsoncleans@gmail.com with your order email.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• Attempting to hack, scrape abusively, or disrupt services
• Using stolen payment methods
• Harassing staff or submitting fraudulent refund claims

We may refuse service or cancel orders when we suspect fraud or abuse.

Checkout, hosting, email, and analytics may be provided by third parties (for example Stripe, Vercel, Resend). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

Products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every recipe will work on every surface.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Derek Johnson Cleans and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business owner resides, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
